The 2nd Annual Ugly Sweater Event is not just about getting one more use of that sweater that needs to be “put down”. It is also a fun competition and a way for Community Savings Credit Union to give back to the communities it serves. Until December 31st, each time a sweater is rated Community Savings will donate a dollar to the Food Banks BC – with the goal of reaching $1,000.

So which Community Savings employee deserved to wear the ugly-sweater crown (metaphorically speaking)? With over 1,700 people casting their votes in the 2012 Ugly Sweater Event, Latika’s festive Christmas sweater reigned supreme.
